National Public Sector Energy FRAMEWORK

This framework agreement has been awarded as the result of a full EU Tender exercise (please note this framework was advertised and tendered as the “National Public Sector Energy Framework”). To ensure that you maintain compliance with the Public Procurement Regulations 2015, you should follow the processes detailed within this document when engaging with the supplier on the framework agreement.

The contracting authority for this framework agreement is the University of Essex.

The framework agreement is for the provision of energy supplies & services under four Lots:
